Chairman of Pakistan People's Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that politics of selection has killed the funeral of democracy, Pakistan's democracy, constitution and elections were stopped for the return of one person.

Pakistan People's Party held a meeting in Karachi to pay homage to the martyrs of the tragedy.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari addressed the rally and announced the launch of a nationwide public relations campaign.

He said that the date of general elections should be given, the people should be allowed to exercise their right to vote because the politics of selection has caused irreparable damage to the country.

Criticizing the PML-N, Bilawal said that the politics of selection has thrown away the funeral of democracy, no matter what happens, elections will have to be held. Pakistan's democracy, constitution and elections were stopped for the return of one person. Postponing the election is not honoring the vote but disrespecting the vote.

The former foreign minister condemned the Israeli bombing of Gaza and said that the Palestinians are being martyred in a cruel way, demanding the caretaker prime minister and the caretaker foreign minister to raise their voice for the Palestinian people.

He said that the economic condition of the country is not right, politics of service should be done instead of politics of hatred and division and the country should be run according to the constitution.
