Apple is reviewing the BOE OLED display for the iPhone 14 series.

Earlier this year, China's BOE reportedly struck a deal with Apple to supply OLED display panels for the upcoming iPhone 14 series. The deal appeared to be in question again in May as the BOE changed the display circuit design, forcing Apple to suspend its orders. Now, South Korea's The Elec is reporting that Apple is re-examining the sample BOE display and may move on to mass ordering.

The new report clarifies that BOE OLED panels will be used for the iPhone 14 and 14 Max, while the iPhone 14 Pro series will have Samsung and LG panels instead.
